Kat's training philosophy is tailored for the student who has the dream of one day owning his or her own horse. She focuses on seat, balance, and control using horses that will teach the same. Or if you have your own horse and would like to learn to ride better, she can come to you (if scheduling permits).

Kat is a logical thinker with very descriptive answers. She is a great confidence builder and encouraging for the rider. By playing games and using music she makes it fun while watching her students grow into true equestrians.

Beginners will learn the basics, including care, tack, and grooming. All levels of riders accepted, starting at 9 years old and up. We focus on three concepts:

• safety
• properly balanced seat
• enjoyable ride for horse and rider.
